Who we are looking for
We’re looking for confident and friendly people who live an active, healthy lifestyle and can inspire others by their energy and attitude.
We value personality and attitude — but you should also have good physical condition and strong swimming skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, confidence in guiding people and ensuring safety, motivation, responsibility and a positive mindset, readiness to learn and improve every day, and the ability to upsell additional services in a natural and customer-friendly way.
This role is perfect for someone who:

loves communicating with people, is customer-focused and comfortable with upselling services
(02)
speaks and writes Estonian and has at least B2 level in Russian or English.
(03)
stays calm and responsible in water-based environments
(04)
previous experience is a plus (but not required), especially as: lifeguard, surf or sports instructor
Your main responsibilities
As an eFoil Instructor, you’ll teach guests how to ride safely and confidently, guide them through a smooth on-water experience, and ensure their comfort and safety at all times.
You’ll also represent the Efoily brand with great energy, support service upselling, and take part in unforgettable sessions and events on the sea.

Teaching customers how to ride an eFoil and delivering clear instructions

Create content for Efoily’s social media by filming videos on the sea and on the shore

Actively supporting sales and promoting Efoily experiences and packages
